Worry can take over and manifest in the ones you love and can make its subject think it’s true. Where does this worry come from, this fear of saying or doing things ‘out of character’ or unexpected? One of the sources is through the programming at school and the battering by the media, constantly telling us what’s right and what’s wrong, what to wear and what not to wear, what to feel and how to feel, who’s desirable and who’s a twat. The list is endless. But we had little choice as kids growing up, we merely accepted the World around us.

For most of us, Mum and Dad both worked hard, so the Schooling system was entrusted with keeping us safe and teaching us about the World. What a mistake that was for us all eh? Today it’s even worse! We have Nursery School kids being given over 400 tests under the Early Learning Curriculum. So in about 14 years, we’re going to have a mass of 18 year olds with minimal Left-Right brain capabilities. The early years of kids are crucial for brain development. Creativity is one of the only ways to develop expressive thought, which eventually gifts us all the ability to question the World around us. Am I tripping or are there more little kids out there these days who are click, click, clicking, more than whining, why, why, why!?

The State lays claim to the child and he is trained to fit the patterns of the State; he ceases to be a person and bears the stamp of the state.” – Rudolf Steiner

So who are the ‘mental’ ones in this terrible act of mental child abuse? The authorities, parents or us all? Where are the Mental Health Officers’ to take away the parents or the Authorities who dreamt up such insane strategies? Tell you what, let’s forget about it, close this web page and put the kettle on shall we?

Kids today are called, ‘Digital Natives’ in the World of Bollox. Computers and mobiles are artificial limbs, the Internet is the gateway to the truth of their World and ‘privacy’ is an obsolete word. So let’s pose a possible future when these Digital Natives embark on becoming ‘Adults’ (whatever that means). Will these kids resist RFID chips/Verichips and cybernetics? What will they do with all those who resist the bodily presence of technology? I’m not talking about how things changed when computers took over the World in the 80s. I’m talking about when humans will actually attach digital devices and the Internet to their bodies and brains. And don’t forget, these kids will not have much Left/Right brain ability. They could be 100% susceptible to the constant flow of informational intelligence from the Establishment, dictating their Theatre and the roles to play. Where will the Mental Health Officers’ be in this future? Probably the same place where they are now, at the beckoning of the Establishment!

The chessboard has been laid out since the Bible was published and the pawns have only just started to be sacrificed. Every so often we get to see their strategy, when they change their game or move from the offensive to the defensive. Recently, we’ve seen the DVLA change their envelopes; Affidavits working for a full range of cases; Dunn & Bradstreet place restrictions on non-members; people juicing Judges and mangling Magistrates; and people getting used to handling the Police and Authorities.

But we’ve also seen threats of political influence; arrests going bad and a few cases of imprisonment. I know it’s a vibe out talking about the negative, but I feel that if people need to walk this path, then it’s best to give out all the information we have in confronting the external.

There is a new tactic forming within the Authorities when dealing with ‘Freemen’ and people in Lawful Rebellion, namely, Mental Health Officers and the Mental Health Act 2007. Here are two examples you may face:

• A fellow Lawful Rebel who has been fighting the Authorities was ordered by a Judge to attend two doctors and get a certificate from them to say he’s not insane under the Mental Health Act 2007

• Late 2009, the Police stopped a woman in her car and wanted to search her and the car under SOPCA. She refused to give her name and address, was subsequently arrested, and used her knowledge of Lawful Rebellion to her detriment. She was sectioned and put in an institution because her family confirmed, ‘she wasn’t herself and she was talking about Lawful Rebellion and the New World Order, which worries us greatly.’

It seems that the Police and Courts are most likely to use the Mental Health Act against us. So with pleasure, I present a verbal remedy that was happened upon by a man named, Ste Allan, who by all accounts is a hero of Lawful Rebellion. Ste was arrested for a minor offence and he ended up going through the whole ‘no consent’ thing for 7 hours! They ended up forcing him into a psychiatric test under the Mental Health Act 2007. I advise you read the following and keep it in your head for if the time comes:

Ste: Do you mind if I ask you a question first?
Doc: no, go ahead…
Ste: Have you ever undergone a psychiatric assessment?
Doc: Well, no.
Ste: Well, what qualifies you to assess me? How do I know you’re not insane?
Doc: [Pauses] That’s a good question.
Ste: In that case I don’t consent to your offer, I wish not to contract… What the diagnosis would be for someone who without provocation assaulted another human, kidnapped him, couldn’t tell him why, invented a story and locked the human being in a room for 7 hours? Is this kind of behaviour not psychotic? I think you’re examining the wrong man.
Doc: fair point.
Ste: I wish not to contract, I did not consent to your offer you can go.

We cannot truly control the actions of others or the World we have to live in together. All we can do is make sure we’re best equipped for any circumstance that may compromise our integrity, honour and freedom… Even at the hands of cybernetic killer-kids of the future! We can stop all of this when we choose to. But it will take every one of us to find the courage to look within ourselves and give up everything we possess and fear. This can be achieved, not through a bloody revolution, but by slowly weaning ourselves from the Nanny State and letting go of things one by one.

If you let others define your existence, you live in the external and end up acting out a world you are only an actor within.

After we got to know Rob a little, we went into greater depth with him a few days later, which was a pleasantly informative experience. As Matt says in the podcast, Rob is simply a peaceful man who really knows who he is and where he needs to be.

There are many people out there who look to and accept external influence from the media, web and porn to fulfil their lives. And it is the casting of this spell, externalisation, where a few nutjobs have found power, greed and money, resulting in the procurement of the West’s modern belief system. This is why figures like Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Tony Blair, David Koresh and much earlier Jesus Christ have always been manifested to peddle preconceived truths and instructions that misdirect the love and direction of mankind. So when we look at what’s happening in the World, it makes sense to ask the question, if we are the ones who desire these manifestations, then is it actually us who pulls the strings? Rob says his first epiphany was when he realised,

‘The people who I thought were the enemy, were not my enemies, it was only in my heart. And once I got rid of my fear, anger and shame, they had no hold on me, as it’s only these feelings the people who seek to control can use on us all. Once we stop accepting the stimulus that harms, the healing begins. The catalyst for change is the friendships people find along their own paths.’

Rob agrees that Authorities have the upper hand with most people whilst the threat of taking possessions away exists, as most of us spend most of our energy and lives in the external. When more people can understand this truth, it will become common-sense to know why mortgages, loans and credit exist. So how have people over time let de-facto governments operate through threats and scaremongering? Who knows, maybe the excuse their end is that they continue to serve us and they’re merely giving us what we want? Rob recited the metaphor,

‘The Nanny needs to appreciate that we’re responsible and that we won’t trail crap everywhere. A lot of people think that because we have a right to engage in an action, that it’s sometimes OK to engage in that action, this is what could lead to them treating you like a child.’

He is right, we as people have let Government not just be stewards of our Sovereignty, we have let them, through the most oppressive methods, take control of the most precise thing and the only defence we have to make things right, our hearts.

Rob firmly believes the Freeman Society is one of the remedies to taking the control away from the ignorant and powerful ‘them’. He indicates,

‘These psychopaths are way behind schedule and that ‘they’ didn’t account for the rise of the web and now it’s working against them.’

One of the ways ‘they’ try to stop the flow of information across the web is to generate disinfo and admittedly all of us sometimes have difficulty in deciding what is the truth in this cold landscape. Rob’s web philosophy is simply this: everything on the web is bollox until he looks into the subject matter himself and decides how it affects his heart.

One of the founding principles of the Freeman Society is the concept:

‘Of that which exists in equity cannot latch onto what only exists in Law. And to drag it into equity to operate its equity rules onto it cannot be, if there has not been consent.’

Rob can confidently talk about his remarkable successes, through Claim of Right and Notices of Understanding and Intent. One thing stood out in his words, it pays to get to know the Authorities’ administration procedures better than they do, so you’re always one step ahead or at least on even ground.

Ultimately, Rob’s Cunning Plan 2.0 and the World Freeman Congress is the manifestation of their vision. The plan is to get the Freeman Society established in Canada and then focus on Britain, Ireland and other places. And when the Freeman Society grows, Rob declares he wants to be surrounded by groupies… so please email him for details. But most likely, he’ll be doing just as he does now, helping others, chilling with his friends and having a lovely life within his Community. Rob’s vision is a futuristic concept of people living together in harmony, much like Buckminster Fuller’s, Starship Earth and the Venus Project. Rob asserts;

‘We simply need land, protection of the land, peace officers, a resourceful bunch of shops, funky cabins people could rent and lots of different sustainable homes.’

But most importantly he says that there is a need for lots of people and families with real creative skills.

One of the most frequent questions asked by people is how to claim land as a Freeman. The Freemen will claim the land they choose by putting a Notice up on the Land and there has been a team appointed to get it right. So sit tight on how it goes, as it could end up being a blueprint for the rest of the World to use and starting building new communities. Another question on the tips of peoples’ tongues is about how to travel around the world without a Passport. Rob describes a laissez-passer will work in most cases, but he says that a Country can refuse entry – They will be setting up their own laissez-passer working with other Countries. Rob admits travelling outside the Community will be one of their greatest hurdles, as they will need to not just make agreements with Canada but also other countries where they will want to visit in the future.

Some will say that Rob’s concept has been unsuccessful in the past, perhaps attributed to and likely why there is alot of hardship in the world today, the fair flow of currency. The community’s infrastructure will be funded using outside investment. But the Freemen will be establishing their own currency;

‘Everyone who trades will have their own faces on the notes (probably IOUs); they will say how much work they will be doing in the following year and then they advance say $50,000 [of notes with their face on]. So that trader will have to pay back $50,000 to the Society with other peoples’ faces on it. But you can’t ask for more than you can monetise. If people don’t manage to meet their goals, they have to pay back 10% interest on what they borrowed.’

It’s a very bold plan to create not just a community, but also a micro-economy. We’re 100% behind it because we need more people like Rob to show the difference it can make if respect and love is brought back into the equation of us living together! But if Rob defines his spiritual paradigm as chasing butterflies and making mud pies, then we hope he’s got a good team behind him!

Having seen through the tedious Commercial Redemption seminars, spent ‘mounds of cash’ doing them and buying DVDs to study like a speed-crazed, steroid-infused-mad-man-lunatic, a light has been seen in the distance. Thankfully this light was the truth of things for me and it grew brighter over time.

I am going to now break down for you the dross of the so-called paths to redemption, starting with the Freeman route. I will not say that this is a bad way to go, hell why not! To leave the Society and the societal control is a great plan, but what exactly are you going to do then?

Let’s say for example you are lucky enough to have a bit of land to live your life in peace away from it all. How lovely that would be? So you are minding your own business in your home and a council tax bill comes through, what then? Do you say you’re a freeman? I pay no taxes? It would really be a lot of trouble and you will likely lose your home and land if you’re not properly clued up. Understand that the System has many little cross overs laying claim to your Person, body, sweat equity and possessions/land etc. All of this is merely contract, they are in place and in order to live free these must be sorted out.

OK let’s break this down for you a little and give you a firm example – Me. Here is a list of my contracts:

• Driving license (perform on the roads as per their statutory rules) – basically pay pay pay
• Passport (their backing you abroad) – permission slip to leave the plantation good slave
• Marriage Certificate/License (oh yes this is a massive deception and one hell of a doozy)
• Divorce Certificate (same as the above just a re-contract)
• NI number (yes you guessed it pay pay pay) – although it is a trust for you to use, you just don’t know it
• Registration of your car (you should have heard this before) another trust with statutory attachments which create the outline of how you must perform if you wish to use their “vehicle” and if you step outside the statutory required performance then of course you must pay (fines)
• Registration of children (don’t even get me started in that)
• Registering to vote/Electoral role (very nasty hooks in this one)

OK for me the only one that remains is the NI number. I have implied my position with all the other trusts with the Home Office i.e. clearly stated my role(s) in them as both the ‘Grantor’ and the ‘Beneficiary’ not to mention the ‘Settlor’. Now that I have implied my position, I am now the Grantor of the trust, this means that the only rules within it are the ones that I say there are, so why would I create any? I mean I know I’m not in need of a nappy change and rules to follow?

I am trying to make this as simple as possible with a splash of humour! I shall give you an example, my car has had its trust dealt with, so has my passport and driving license. So imagine my terror when I received in the mail from Hertfordshire Safety Camera enforcement centre an allegation of an infraction. Please when you get these, read those many times and understand what it is they are saying! Apparently the, ‘vehicle had contravened a statute’ woah?! How did it do that? Well it’s simple, they use leverage and force with the threat of loss to gain your compliance and carry on greasing the wheels of commerce.

How do they do this? Well let’s just say that your cars are not YOUR cars, you graciously gifted the cars to them. So seeing as it is their property, they have rules of usage attached to the lending of their property to you! So if you don’t act like a good boy/girl/ward of state and settle the statutory infractions consequences, you will have your toy taken away! Isn’t it simple! We supply all of the leverage to them so they can rip us off! OK we are digressing here… So I received this infraction notice giving me 28 days to ‘Nominate’ the ‘Driver’ ( I am to tell on the legal fiction that was entering into commerce on the road???). Whatever I nominate is too stupid to distinguish between the man/woman and the strawman.

How I dealt with this was quite simple, bearing in mind that I have no contracts, and the only Law outside of moral Law we have is Equity or Civil, which relies solely on contracting… YES it really is that easy! I wrote a ‘letter rogatory’ – this type of letter is from one (foreign) jurisdiction to another jurisdiction, (private is foreign to public). In the letter it stipulated that this ‘letter rogatory’ neither constituted an acceptance or an offer to contract (sneaky huh) and explained the enclosed ‘affidavit of truth’. In the enclosed affidavit, there was nothing but truth! It stipulated that I had no contract to perform, having altered my position within the trusts, with a certain party, with a certain process, carried under a certain registered post number, to a certain Shadow Minister. The affidavit listed all of my nullified contracts and clearly they were not happy. Instead of having 26 days to nominate the driver, they gave me seven. So I repeated my ‘letter rogatory’, but in it added the fact that they had not rebutted my affidavit of truth and that the facts contained therein were now agreed upon and formed a contract (very sneaky huh). I also made mention that the affidavit contained a Commercial Lien right if they dishonoured me (very very sneaky). Of course I was absolutely spot on with what I had done, and so utilising my Lien right I issued a commercial claim for £10,000,000.00 for their commercial dishonour. I received a very nice letter back, very soft, asking for me to send back their paperwork with 28 days or they might do something… lol… So having read and understood their instructions, I issued their paperwork back to them NOT FILLED IN! And that was the end of that matter. Now yes of course they could be very very silly and try to come back to me on it years down the line, but my ten million claim will be equally valid, if not more so, and so I hold it over them in perpetuity.

So what I am getting at here is, this is 100% proof that everything is contract, and if you know how to sort out the contracts then you can sort your affairs out.

Commercial Redemption is a black hole if you go into it seeking massive financial returns. But I was never after money, so have come out the other side without chasing my tail with the only valuable info there is:

1. Everything is contract.
2. No Contract = no statutes.
3. Affidavits are everything.
4. Liens are your biggest weapon, my god their bottoms pucker up when under a Lien
5. DO NOT EVER USE GOVERNMENT FORMS OR PAPERWORK these are benefit privileges and carry with them assumptions and presumptions of citizenship.
6. If you have to use one to get a passport then straight after fix it!!!
7. Keep your eyes open.
8. Courts are pathetic, learn a little and you can eat them alive.
9. Make yourself “sui juris” legally competent and you can get things seriously moving.

So bearing all this in mind, there is still a lot to learn – I just know it is easier than I first thought it was.

To finish up on Commercial Redemption, I will just list the tools available to you that I know are good:

• Affidavits (best)
• Commercial claims (fantastic)
• Notices (excellent)
• Liens (amazing)
• Acceptance for value, absolutely valid in the UK (definitely works if you can get hold of the penal sum in court)

That is your main arsenal the rest including 1099 is just bollox!

Moving on to Freemanism. As I stated at the start, it is a great way to go, the trouble is how do you operate in commerce if you give IT ALL UP? The obvious way is someone else operates in commerce for you, but wait? What if they want to leave too? It just won’t work, so by you leaving you have enslaved them to the system! If you choose to give it all up, you have given up your trust; and have no way of playing commerce. So you need a persona that is fictitious to operate in a fictitious world, like Monopoly, an analogy used by a great and much loved friend of mine is the ‘Scottie dog’ on the Monopoly board – he is used as your persona, so without a persona you cannot play?

Consider the Matrix, which uses a computer re-presentation of one’s self to be able to interact in that fictitious world commerce is no different. The choice for me has become remarkably clear, I have used affidavits (not government forms) to mould the way I want to be – I have separated myself from my strawman and then taken control of him. Once this is done you need to create the rules by which YOU want to live and issue it to the right people, leave little “lien rights” in them, so if they dishonour your sovereignty they are in whole worlds of trouble, bingo you are good to go.

Obviously not that easy, but soon we will be looking to teach all of these personal documents to the right sort of men and women. We will open up a whole new way of looking at things, by which you will start to see the world for what it really is. Then you will know what it is you then wish to achieve, and we will help you realise that dream.

‘Climategate’ saw leaked emails conveniently renamed as ‘hacked’ emails that laid bare the shocking/inevitable (delete as per your level of awareness) manipulation of environmental data to suit the Anthropogenic Global Warming fairy tale which your nan will happily tell you is tosh with or without emails from scienticians.

Massive, irrecoverable blows were repeatedly dealt by Lord Monckton that did a great job of making Al Gore look like a phony Carbon Trading Billionaire… because that is exactly what he is… Still, edgy, stressed out environmentalists may disagree, so let’s have them battle-rap for our hearts. Can’t do any harm, can it?

We all see so much stuff on the web about the Freeman movement that it’s become difficult to decipher what is what, which can lead to the dilution of what the Freeman Society is actually about. This interview is an eye opener to any sceptics who think the Freeman philosophy revolves around pieces of paper to fight the Authorities. The Freeman Society is driven from the heart and gives the opportunity to all willing human beings a new life, closer to nature, which is how more of us should try one day very soon! This is quintessentially where the Freeman Society and Lawful Rebellion converge, because it’s all about knowing who you are in this life and making the most of it for yourself and everyone else to enjoy. So if anyone is out there wanting to avoid the clutches of the system, good luck, as whilst you’re in that Society (Law), easy answers and having the work done for you doesn’t go hand-in-hand with Freemanism or Lawful Rebellion.

Rob is setting up his Very Cunning Plan 2.0 that is in essence a huge World Freeman Society conference, whereby everyone who wants to be part of the movement can come along to and have their own say on how things should be within the Society. Rob is requesting the interest of Peace Officers and people with unique talents and skills that can help claim a large chunk of land and build this Society from the ground up in Canada.

We delved deeper into the workings of Rob’s life philosophy and found out that he loves SAS Army Camouflage jackets, enjoyed making explosives in his youth and how he ironically saw the light in creating the Freeman Society whilst somebody blocked his own Sunlight. He gives incredibly insightful knowledge of how to be a peaceful man to everyone around him by telling a story of how he managed to completely turn the intentions of Police arrest into making the Police laugh. We know we all don’t have a silver tongue like Rob or so much experience, but he explained it doesn’t matter, just as long as you know who you are.

It’s easy to be a sceptic or become fearful of the Freeman or Lawful Rebellion movement, because there’s little evidence that anything ‘works’; that it goes against the Authorities; or there is scaremongering  through the media by calling our movement, ‘a civil disobedience group’ (The Guardian). But if you’re a reasonable human being, by the end of this brilliant podcast, you’ll hopefully have concluded that we can give you plenty of our own experiences. All we want is spiritual fulfilment and peace, let’s just get along!

Before I knew about the PCN deception, I challenged every single parking ticket I ever received on their turf. From memory, my record was pretty good in overturning the tickets. Once I even got the Mayor of Hackney involved regarding my car being unfairly clamped in a place with single yellows and several blank posts back in 2006. Hackney Council completely ignored my letters for a refund for over nine months, which I’m sure isn’t uncommon.

The most expensive parking nightmare I’ve witnessed was in the Private, when my car was towed away from a Petrol Station car park and I ended up paying £300 for my car to be released! If I knew then, what I know now, they would have been the ones paying me if they didn’t give me my car back. Just a note, private ‘fines’ are not valid, as they are not ‘enforceable’. If they take your car away, you can go through a regular Statutory Declaration process citing Section 2 of the Bill of Rights 1689.

Are the DVLA and Councils in collusion to rip us off?

My main problem with PCNs is seeing my friends who are struggling with debt, living costs and taxes, picking off scary Council paper slapped onto their cars, which they think they have to pay. My friends already understand they pay for parking on Public Highways through car tax. But it’s evident car tax is an entirely different ball game today and doesn’t seem to go anywhere on the Highways. Even people like hardman Ray Mallon, ex-Police Chief, now the Mayor of Middlesbrough, thinks that enough is enough with the DVLA,

“They demand the money from people, and don’t mention anything about our legal right to go to court. Members of the public will think they have to pay it, because they don’t know the law, but there are certain principles, which are enshrined in British law. The DVLA has seriously misled the public.”

Be under no illusion, the DVLA has everyone who registers over a proverbial barrel because it is us who literally beg for their care. And it’s registration that the Councils use to send Notices, which to most humans is scary big brother stuff.  Now this cooperation of registration is being abused through profiteering schemes like people paying to find out about the details of other peoples cars and for the right price, giving 3^rd parties access to peoples’ registration information for the marketing of Castrol Oil on billboards. If the DVLA and Councils are making £328 million (raised in 2008-9) from old rope, surely the people who supplied the rope should see an annual windfall?

PCNs rely on people having registered with the DVLA and becoming the Registered Keeper, note: NOT the registered/legal owner. By the fact the DVLA can take peoples’ cars to be crushed, illustrates that those who are registered aren’t the real owners’. If any of us were the actual owners, the DVLA would be committing a Common Law crime of Theft. Some argue that the DVLA only own the registration number of peoples’ vehicles, not the actual vehicle itself. But by process, people attach the registration to their vehicles and accept they’ll use the vehicle within the confines of registration. The assumption is made that a vehicle in the database is fair game for the DVLA, as it’s in their care, just like an NHS Doctor is in the care of its patients – all in all, very disturbing realities. All I can say is that nobody to our knowledge has made neither heads nor tails of the secretive process of the V5 document, only assumptions based on reactions and knowledge of Commercial Law. What I am sure of is that through action & successfully using the various Notice methods, various administrations go into spasm and no Council has yet possessed the legal resources to dedicate to what is a clear grey area, your rights as a human being and the various legal personalities they extort money from.

A reasonable argument for controlled parking is that people need to park on their own streets and parking restrictions are logical for safety purposes.  There are many ways to achieve safety and fairness without treating people like children. None of us really have any idea where the transfer of money ends up, though we did have a little glimpse this year of where some of the money goes when we found out the Councils are lining their pockets in Tax Havens such as Iceland.

The reason Lawful Rebellion exists is to protect our families, communities and the world against the de-facto corporate governance that’s plaguing our lives and taking away our confidence in governing ourselves. As you may have already seen, we’ve started our Toolbox and Lawful Rebellion Guide series’, which have already had amazing results for people. For instance, recently Deadbeat Dads have reported using a variation of our Affidavit that a case has been dropped already. We also know that the same Affidavits have turned away debt collection agencies, bailiffs and councils, and it’s the same with PCNs too.

We acknowledge people have found various ways in fighting PCNs. I for one have helped people out of many PCNs by writing that they’re not the legal owners; and others have successfully used the Freeman technique of clarification that the Person exists. Retrospectively, we reckon there are only two ways to skin these authoritarian swine’s – by saying ‘no contract return to sender’ and/or serving Affidavits. If you’re not ready or have hesitations in asserting yourself with the Authorities, then don’t – wait until you’re ready as fear could get the better of you. Whilst I write these words I wonder how it’s possible to feel spiritual in discussing PCNs! But quintessentially, Lawful Rebellion is about overcoming the fear of people who think they have power over us all.

Be confident that PCNs are in fact contractual agreements

Reminding Borough Councils that PCNs are merely an offer to contract and saying NO is definitely the hardest thing anyone on the start of their journey can do. The best example of someone saying no to PCNs is Nick Henderson of Scarborough originally reported on TPUC. Nick has totalled over £6000 worth of PCNs because he knows he has a right to park outside his home and workplace without hindrance. Originally he used to stick his fingers up by using the Bill of Rights 1689 section 2; clause 12,

“That all Grants and Promises of Fines and Forfeitures of particular persons before Conviction are illegal and void.”

Some argue that this Bill doesn’t stand up well in the Court because there is new legislation that overrides parts of it. But regardless of this issue, Nick Henderson asserts he hasn’t committed a crime, so there is no place for him in Court to be convicted of any wrongdoing. There is damning audio evidence from a meeting between Nick and Ian Anderson, Head of Scarborough Council Legal Services, with Mr Anderson admitting PCNs are not fines but merely contracts.

This information, if you’re bold enough can stop any PCN that unfairly comes your way. There are several ways people administer saying NO and here are a few ideas to start you off. The first I believe John Harris has popularised – slapping a sticker on the sender’s envelope saying, ‘No contract, return to sender’ and posting it off; secondly, you could write the offending Council a letter stating that you will not contract with them; and thirdly, you can put them on Notice, asking for proof that the PCN is not a contract.

They will try again and again to force you to agree to their terms, which are for instance highlighted in John Harris’s Tax Demand case. They’ll do this by sending many letters and then pass the claim to a Debt Collector, which will end up totalling over £350, if it’s a PCN. This method if not managed properly will certainly end up in an unpredictable situation because of the fear factor. You need to always be realistic with how far you’re willing to go, how much time you have and whether or not you care about your possessions. What will also compound fear in peoples’ minds is the new London Authority’s self-appointed ‘power’ to take your car away after you have three overdue PCNs under the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2008 starting soon. If there’s no foundation to the PCN, there’s certainly no foundation in towing your car away. After reading through the Act, there are some interesting measures and a lot of contradictions, which can only be for the famous trick of the Officers saying one thing and meaning another.

PCN Affidavit Method

The issuing of Commercial Affidavits to the De-Facto Government and Authorities of this Country, namely, the Prime Minister (not the Queen) has been practised by Guy Euden and Matt Faraday for a little while now, which many of us are now starting to practise ourselves. For Matt, this process is about,

“Getting rid of the anger, resentment, blame and fear, and using knowledge, truth and the awareness of who and what you are to create your law.”

The commercial Affidavit, if done correctly, creates a private agreement, which means the agreed facts cannot be technically impaired or overridden by any party. This method seems to be the present don-dada of settling matters with any government department, council or organisation who is attempting to contract with you without consent. Matt claims he’s got rid of 9 corporations that were made up of different debt collection companies and government legal departments. Hundreds of people have already downloaded our Affidavits and are hopefully sending them off to the current Prime Minister, Gordon Brown. If you’ve not served your main Affidavit, we’ve created a slightly simpler PCN Affidavit that doesn’t need a notary,

“Instead of a notary we are using two private witnesses to verify. This method is sometimes preferred by many layman law folk, and is a very appropriate, valid and powerful way to get your private documents verified. Although you won’t have the judicial remedy offered by a Notary (I.e. the judicial power of stare decisis), you have the administrative remedy which is all powerful.”

But we must stress that there’s no point in serving the PCN Affidavit if you’re not ready to stand up for what you think is right possibly in Court and that you full understand why you’re dong it. So ask yourself now, why are you reading this? Is it to get out of irresponsible behaviour or is it because you know whom you are and you’ve been unfairly treated? This is the most important element to the whole shebang, as until you know whom you are and how you need to be responsible for your actions, your heart will not be driving your actions. So why don’t you try amending your Affidavit to your liking and how you see things? When Matt and I chatted about this, he said,

“Folks need to start writing all these documents out from scratch, changing the sentences and words around to create their own. I have much experience of using my private and unique documents and witnessing the power they can create. Your intention is everything, so stop using templates!”

This method is as much about how you deal with it as how you have defined who you are. Matt swears by this Affidavit method and he said that nobody ever ends up on his front door when Authorities wrongfully intrude upon his business. Sceptics always ask me, ‘where’s the proof’, well the proof is when you do it and it works or you see a friend do it and it works. I suppose with anything new you have to try it for yourself and take a leap of faith. Whichever choice you make, you’ll notice that Lawful Rebellion could have already given you more choices than you thought you had before right?

Matt can explain the PCN Affidavit process much better than I!

OK, so let’s imagine that Mary Smith continues in her attempts to extort funds from you by ignoring your Notice, naughty little and deluded dishonourable Mary. But by doing this, she would be attempting to injure a real party, which is extortion (this is where the term ‘tort’ originates, as in tort claim meaning ‘torture’). You may want to continue by gaining a private agreement of the parties, which is private law that cannot be impaired by any other party. Step forward the PCN Affidavit that you should mentioned in your Notice to Mary.

Download the sample documents from the previous Toolbox on Affidavits. Then use the Notice of Fault and Opportunity to Cure and the Notice of Default via the process as explained in the Affidavit article. But, you will have to make further alterations by making sure you replace the Notary verification section with two private witnesses on all the documents.

Now if you live fairly close to the location where the Affidavit needs to be sent, there is another great way to save on the £4.95 x 3 concerning the registered mail cost for the whole process. Either post it by hand yourself and then make these alterations on the Notice of Fault and Opportunity to Cure, and Notice of Default, or get a 3^rd party to post by hand and include a Proof of Mailing copy, which is in the PCN Affidavit pack. Again, keep the original of this Proof of Mailing as well as the originals of all your private documents. Remember as the Holder in Due Course of the originals, you can make true, correct and complete copies, as explained in the Affidavit article as mentioned above.

This whole process demonstrates that you know that you are NOT liable for the alleged public debt/liability that is attributed to the PCN, as well as demonstrating that they have no claim whatsoever in this matter against you. You are a man or woman and therefore you are the Sponsors of the Credit and the true wealth and power in commerce.

If you live and breathe you are a man or woman and not, and never can be, a legal ‘PERSON’, ‘CITIZEN’, ‘SUBJECT’, ‘INDIVIDUAL’, ‘TAXPAYER’, ‘MR’, ‘MRS’, ‘SIR’, ‘MISS’, ‘RESIDENT’, ‘MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC’, ‘VOTER’, or the like, within the ‘public’, ‘legal’, and ‘corporate’ arena. ‘Public’ is pertaining to the ‘State’ (Blacks Law 5th), and private is pertaining to the man or woman.

If in your thoughts, language or paperwork you classify yourself as any of the above, then you are firmly stuck in the matrix of the illusion. Forget worrying about whether as a man or woman you fit into a classification status box with such legalese terms as, ‘natural person’ etc. But keep in mind that when dealing with any ‘public’ entity, you are dealing with legal, NOT ‘private’ lawful, and the definitions within the legal framework will always refer to artificial entities, a/k/a legal fictions. A man or woman is commonly known within the layman law community as foreign (Black’s Law 5th Edition, “Foreign” - belonging or attached to another jurisdiction; non-resident person, corporation, executor) to the public (legal/political) and therefore in the public arena. Theoretically in the legal system, a real sentient man or woman does not appear and cannot be seen in the public. This is why, when addressing a public entity on a private document, it is commonly practised by the layman law folk, to refer to the private side first and then doing business as, i.e. Gordon Brown, d/b/a First Lord of the Treasury, and Prime Minister. Don’t refer to them as Mr Gordon Brown or Prime Minister Gordon Brown, as you would then be going straight to the public side (legal title and fiction). If you do, you cannot have a meeting of the minds and a private agreement with an artificial entity and legal fiction.

Please be aware that Mr, Mrs, Miss and Sir can all be considered legal appellations and therefore point straight towards a legal Title, which signifies legal ownership and therefore fiction. Folks can get very drawn into the name that appears on documents from a public entity, and some believe that if it isn’t in CAPITALS or doesn’t have Mr or Mrs, etc, preceding the name, then it must be directed at the man/woman. It is easier to be aware that any and all presentations coming from the public are always directed at the fiction and artificial entity – remember a man/woman cannot be seen by the public.

Some folk still consider themselves as a ‘Taxpayer’. Yet look on any Tax related paperwork and what name do you see? The legal fiction! And where does the paperwork originate? The public! So a taxpayer is a ‘Member of the Public’ and therefore an artificial entity and legal fiction – a man/woman is not a taxpayer.

A ‘Resident’ signifies an entity that is residing within something. For instance, the property you may be sitting in whilst reading this article will have a legal title and therefore the legal ownership will be within the UNITED KINGDOM (UK); mind you, ultimately, if you keep on going down the rabbit hole maybe even the Vatican appears? But lets keep it simple hey! Men and women are not part of or within the legal fiction, UK, and therefore a man or woman is not a resident of the UK, only an artificial entity and legal fiction can be a resident of the UK. So, do NOT use the term ‘Resident’ or ‘Residence’ (Blacks Law 5th Edition, Resident, any ‘person’ who occupies a dwelling within the ‘State.’) on any private documents. Always use c/o address, omit the postcode or place between four-corners, i.e. [SW1A 2TL], and state, ‘Non Domestic without the UK’ – being that you are a man or woman you cannot be part of the UK Corporation.

Even the term ‘Individual’ means artificial entity and legal fiction within the legal framework (Blacks Law 5th Edition, Individual, denotes a single ‘person’ as distinguished from a group or class). I have attached a copy of the, “POLICE POWERS OF ARREST AND CRIMINAL EVIDENCE ACT” with all the ‘persons’ and ‘individuals’ highlighted, and obviously not a man or woman in sight.

Just remember this, the legal system is written to facilitate commerce, fictions, the use of fraud and deception and to create divide and elitism. So the legal system is not written for the protection of men or women, but the protection of commerce. Therefore every legal defined term is theirs, so let them use their legal definitions on themselves. The easiest way to overturn all legalese presumptions and assumptions on your documents is to add the following statement:

“All words herein are as John: Doe defines them.”

And a great phrase to have with you at all times in a court situation is,

“It is my understanding that I am a man/woman commonly known as John of the family Doe, and not a person or any other artificial entity; does the court possess any evidence to prove otherwise?”

As soon as you create an acknowledged void between you, the man or woman and the artificial entity, then one final question destroys everything they thought they might have had,

“Does the court have a valid claim against me here today?”

Of course they don’t. They may have a claim against the artificial entity, but not against you, the man or woman… matter over.

Creating the void between the legal fiction, the man/woman on paper, in thought and in language, adds fuel to the growing awareness of whom and what you are and who and what you are not.

As a great exercise, try this:

Sit with your eyes shut for just a couple of minutes and ask yourself who you are. But you are not allowed to refer to your given name, nationality, gender, religion, occupation, politics, family, roles, race or culture. There is a deeper self that is nothing of these. Contemplate this:

“Thought requires consciousness, yet consciousness does not require thought!”
