Skype Q&A with Anthony:

Q1: What is your life history in one sentence?

A: I have been angry and I have been in love. The latter did me far more favours.

Q2: What made you think spoken word was the way to express yourself?

A: My work really only encompasses one voice. I don’t really think that I deliberately write a piece to be performed as spoken word, well at least I don’t think I do. I tend to just read out the poem as it was in my head at the time of writing. I find this gives it another dimension which people can become a part of and relate to.

Q3: When did you realise the world wasn’t how it is taught in schools and institutions and how did it make you feel?

A: I had a pretty rough time at school. I was hyperactive with a short span of attention, which made me a teachers nightmare. Most of the time was spent either getting thrown out of lessons or sent to the headmaster, I was also in nearly all the bottoms sets for every subject. When I left school, not managing to finish my A Levels, my self esteem was pretty low as was my overall confidence, so I just accepted that I wasn’t meant to be a scholar, and bummed around getting into trouble for most of the time, yet that didn’t sit well with me. As I got older I started to read more as I always had an interest in philosophy. I got hold of books that I wanted to read not those the school did. I read Plato and Machivelli at 17, I also started to get into Sun Tzu, Focult and Kant at about the same time. Poetry was always there since the age of 15 which I always used as my private form of expression. Over the past 3 years I have found a complete sanctum in books as I self educate myself on anything I can. Subjects spanning comparative religion, African history and ancient Egypt, philosophy, politics and world literature. At this stage in my life, after having written 3 books and working on a novel, I believe that the real lesson began once I made my way out of the classroom.

Q4: What do you think the future holds for mankind and how can we help to make this world a better place?

A: I think we as a people are incredible; everyone in my opinion is a born genius. Our problem lies in the fact that our social system is designed to do all it can to kill individuality, destroy that very faculty that has been solely responsible for all the greatness mankind has ever achieved. We are prompted to conform and abide by rules that are unyielding and unoriginal. Our schools and curriculum systems are all formulated, meaning it gets harder for creative people to find their niche and start to exists outside of the mediocrity. We seem to put so much emphasis on universities and degrees like we believe them to be the ultimate salvation. When we stop and realise that the West has been experiencing a severe case of academic inflation, and qualifications are hardly worth what they were 10 years ago, we can begin to take the emphasis off these institutions and think for ourselves. My main contention is that our schools do not encourage us to think for ourselves, with our own spontaneous and creative faculty. Instead we are told what to learn, told that this is the Truth and become manipulated into believing that the teachers books must always be right. I left school thinking the British Empire were great, after reading up on Africa and the Native Americans, plus the other 54 former colonies of the British Empire I’m not so sure.  It all starts with education and once people learn that intelligence is not measured by how well they do in an exam or how well they apply what they have learnt at school to their jobs, then we can start seeing some great things happen. I’m not promoting anarchy by any means, im simply saying that we give up on our true selves far too easily.

Q5: Do you have details of any tours, gigs and new stuff?

A: I have been living in Thailand for the past 6 months, working on new material and travelling around. I plan to return to the UK in the autumn for the Urban Green Fair as well as supporting MOBO award winner and founder of the Hip Hop Shakespeare Company, Akala on his UK tour in November. I have an e-book of poems that cover a whole range of issues from the political stuff to the private stuff called The Lost Definition of Hope, its available to download for only £1. I also have two other books Card Not Accepted & Poems To Maya that are available to buy from my website. I hope to have my novel finished within the next few months. The books premise being a tribute to creativity and how our society undermines and in my opinion doesn’t really understand the way of those born creative. I woke up today, you know, usual three SSS’s, plus a lovely fresh coffee and fresh eggs from the garden. I fancied turning on the TV for some rare odd reason – what a mistake. I was immediately bombarded with pointless information about Mel Gibson being a racist, presented by two puppets on the Breakfast BBC programme, trying to get Oliver Stone to say he would cast Mel Gibson, even though there are claims he’s a woman-beating racist – and yes, they would actually destroy another man’s careers just for a bit of PR. Then I flicked through over 100 different repeats of the same stuff that’s been running since the 70s, 80s and 90s, finally punching in Russia Today, as even though they have an agenda, they tend to tell a bit more of the truth than the others. I witnessed an account of Parliament ordering the removal of peaceful anti-war protesters called, Democracy Village, because they were causing a ‘mess on the grass outside Westminster for the tourists’. The Government ordered 60 bailiffs, commercial binmen and a huge ugly 1.5m fence to be erected around Parliament Square. How much did this all cost? Yet the Government and the powers that be say that we all have to ‘tighten out belts’ and all take responsibility for the biggest heist of British peoples’ currency in history by conmen and bankers. All this in the space of 15 minutes! Then to top it off one of my family members’ calls up wanting to speak to another family member, I play a joke on the phone with them and they get really angry accusing me of making them angry and maliciously winding them up.

“Why are you being like this? You can speak to them, but can’t you have a laugh with me, calm down and be nice.”

This was too much to ask, instead I got more anger and a ‘hung up’ tone.

I then went upstairs into my little office and decided to brush it all off and get on with my day, and I found the lift I required! An email from David Icke’s website with the following video:

This video helped give me strength, even though I felt alienated by the media and a family member for trying to be positive, I know there are people out there who feel exactly how I feel – wanting to see humanity and this Earth see better times! David Icke says in the video,

“We are [supposedly] at the cutting edge of Human Evolution… As Michael Ellner says, Just look at us. Everything is backwards; everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom, the major media destroy information and religions destroy spirituality.”

I can only see the NHS deal with death and disease, not the causes – Cancer, early death and disease is preventable! My mother told me a story about a patient who after being told if he doesn’t change his diet to the one she prepared for him, he will continue with these awful pills that only slightly sort out his digestive system and he can stop nurses having to come around and physically pull the crap from his backside. His reply was,

‘Why should I eat all that other food, when I can continue taking what I’m owed from the State and carry on as I am?’

This is the ‘State’ of the UK.

Lawyers destroy justice

As you all know from reading our website and many others how Legalese and the class system dominates the Legal System, thus everyday living in Great Britain feels to many like enforced servitude to the System through trickery and threats of taking our freedom away. I found this arrogant and typically authoritarian quote from the horse’s mouth (George Way SBStJ, LL.B(hons), FRSA, FSA(Scot), NP, SSC. – A lawyer me thinks!) quoted from his book titled, Scots Law:

“Anyone who has seen a camel knows what it looks like, but try describing one to the proverbial visitor from another planet. Legal jargon is no different and is, quite properly, used by lawyers to conjure up in the minds of other lawyers the principles, facts and cases they learned in law school which lie behind the Latin maxims or convoluted English… Law impacts on our daily lives and [this book will] guide the reader through the maze of legal concepts and jargon which otherwise might appear obscure or just downright incomprehensible.”

So if we, the common people, cannot understand how the System we feed into works and feel more and more tricked and conned everyday, then why are we letting these idiots dominate our physical reality?

This is the ‘State’ of the UK.

Universities destroy knowledge

We all know about the historical status quo of the ‘ruling powers’ of Great Britain like the Stewards of the Crown, the formerly titled, German Hanoverians. Historians, Alan Wilson and Baram Blackett, have been uncovering a convincing alternative perception to real British history and have been met with anger, hate campaigns, banning of UK publishing, Court offices conniving, Barristers lying, Judges doing wrong, false criminal records created, phantom charges and illegal court cases, Police raids, MI5 operations and most of all scorning and discrediting from the Educational establishment for simply trying to show people other evidence of our origin and history!

What I don’t get is why a simple history lesson or two can be turned into criminal behaviour, this activity is part of the enlightening process and people like Alan and Baram are one of the many story-bringers, which illuminate our path to fulfilment…

Government destroy freedom and major media destroys information

Leading on from the Democracy Village story on Russia Today, I did a little research into what the other red-faced media crapholes are desperately trying to push out, but not being able to disguise the stench. Let’s start with the Metro, the richest eyeball rating in the land going out to all the Rat Race Krew, no mention of the protest group, their aims or the truth about the illegal wars the Government are pursuing. Only the facts on what’s happened and a joke about the binmen throwing out the group’s ‘Peace Boat’ and Boris Johnson saying,

“The protesters [were] disrupting the business of Parliament and caused considerable damage to the site and prevented its use by others.”

Looking at other sites, the BBC, etc the same nonsense again with people like Adam Boulton saying,

“Parliament Square doesn’t belong to them, what right do they have to soil it with their mess and sullen unfriendly campers?”

I think maybe there was an order to ONLY use the press release from the Government?

Religons destroy spirituality

Many opinion polls I’ve seen banded around the web are all in the majority to not welcome the Pope to Britain in September 2010. Mainly through the switchover from one God to 1000 Hollywood demigods being idolised and the media pumping out brand messages making people feel like they are the centre of the universe. Oh and the whole Church/Paedo connection has put a damper on religion. But none of this has anything to do with spirituality – the very place where kids get programmed for their predestined paths into servitude, there is hardly any truth about spirituality and what our combined consciousness can create for a paradigm shift. Why is there this major blackout… What I actually think is going on here is a Human Rights issue for the bogus UN to take up (not!). Because when enough of us wake up and see our own realities can merge to make a better place just by projecting from our hearts, all the physical barriers that are pushed into our realities every single minute of the day will crumble in one second. I suppose if I had invested all my energy and time into building these illusionary commercial constructs for dominance and power, I would be fighting against one human consciousness too, as it is the ‘State’ of the UK.

A way out from this ‘State’ of the UK

All our movements are starting to merge into one voice through something I cannot touch – I can only sense it. We need to set an example of how easy it is if we stick together, to change our world and just be happy with being happy. Even our very language is under attack, the word ‘change’ has been stolen by PR gurus and turned into rhetoric for the Western powers, so when people think of change, they think of Obama and the Conservatives! NO! We need to take back the meaning of the word ‘change’ and apply it to our everyday lives, only then will we see a difference – I’m telling you, it’s infectious, try it, even if you sometimes find yourself at the receiving end of negativity, just shine that light. In the end my family member worked out from the depths of her heart through silence when the idea was suggested that it was her who was appointing blame for things that were not anyone else’s fault, another job done! And please please, pass this article onto as many people as you can, we need to shine the light into all those dark corners of Humanity.

I have lost nearly everything in the material world except for the things I need to help me with my journey. Why? Because I believed that Lawful Rebellion was going to solve all the world’s troubles and I wouldn’t miss having money. Before I found Lawful Rebellion I had forgotten the ability to reflect and consider other peoples’ points of view. But how can any of us ever make any progress in our lives if we are always busy doing other peoples work and using up most of our energy in servitude to the System? Catch 22 whatever that means!

Certain people, who some may call villains, cowards, evil or even sheeple, are just like us. There is a good chance most people think they’re doing the best thing they can think of at this moment in time, protecting their families; helping the environment; gaining control of a company; hiding from the truth; waging war on people; protecting their country’s culture; getting their own back; maybe even dicing some people up into tiny pieces. What does make something right and wrong? This is I suppose why I embraced Lawful Rebellion and let it completely change the direction of my life.

After studying all the theory of Lawful Rebellion, testing out the practises and then making myself a Sovereign in Law, I cannot say the conflict has brought me much success. Yes, I’ve stood upto an international bank; walked over the TV License; all fines; and helped many others do the same. For me, this part of the journey was just another way of me looking outwards instead of inwards. One of the most evident things I’ve learned along the way is that everything I say and do is only a reflection of my mind expressing itself through my five senses. And that it is much easier to pass judgment and transfer energy to another soul, rather than to dissipate the energy through reflection. I was and still am so lost from all the programming and social pressure that it is very natural to blame the visible programmers of the System. The people who control this ‘System’ have been allowed to dominate us. Great Britain in the name of its people kill innocent families every single day in places, most of us will never see. CCTV is rampant on this Island because we allowed it. The tax burden and the blind robbing of your pockets from the socially dominant is allowed by us every single day.

So why do we accept this reality, channel our energy into it, then on the other hand loath it and think about how to bring it all down? A sensible instinct is that my basic natural rights as a human being have been taken away. Not by them, but by me because I’ve allowed it to happen by playing the game. I have let others gain control of something that cannot be controlled. This is why I’m chaotic, confused, fearful and angry. I am trying to interact with a reality that is built upon something learned, called rationality. What is the source of this rationality? I believe it came from the only thing that we all still share with our rational minds, the ‘information highway’. I have got so used to taking part in this giant fountain of rational human information, that when I believe something is right or wrong, which isn’t rational to ‘society’, it’s repelled, as it unbalances the status quo.

Status quo isn’t just reserved for the System, it’s also rampant with family and friends. Have you ever done things you regret? Then your family or friends sometimes don’t even give you chance to explain yourself before they judge, which could last years? It seems this rational reasoning is favoured by modern Western civilisation and has moved us into an era of dealing with situations plainly with our minds and not with our hearts. A perfect example of this transformation of the mind and heart is the physical manifestation of the Web. There is no contemplation, love or spirit inside the Web of our collective digital minds. It is the quintessential guidebook to rationality; and a place where everyone can instantly transmit vacuous sentiment and poor information without fear of reprisal. The Web is the ultimate battleground where man meets mind and all human focus is zombified into 0s and 1s, slowly gnawing away at our lifeblood.

If the System wants nothing more than for us to be sitting inside our homes connected to the Web dictating and watching our every move, then it’s ‘rational’ to assume that our minds’ want nothing more than to lay back and be programmed what to do. This theory isn’t bollox I’ve pulled out of the ether, it’s been scientifically-proven that our brains do their best to not think. It’s actually really hard to engage our minds’ is it not? Procrastination is a disease, which has spread across Western culture. Since the machines and slaves do everything for ‘society’ now, we have nothing to do except procrastinate in our free time. I’m not talking about procrastination in the typical definition. I’ve formed the opinion that the System is a manifestation of our minds’ taking over, resulting in this self-loathing reality, just so we can endlessly search for the answer as to why we’re here now doing what we do.

At this stage I’d like to pose what Lawful Rebellion means within the aforementioned paradigm? Is it a way out if you learn about how the System works; a conflict with bureaucracy; or an expression of the desire to make our world a better place? How can any of these suggestions be right if the popularised foundation of Lawful Rebellion itself is made up of pieces of defining and retaliatory paper? I now realise, the very System that I’ve been fighting against is there for the purpose of conflict, which is shrouded in justice and liberties – just another reflection of the chaotic order of the mind. How is this scenario any different than throwing rotten veg at the Village idiot who’s in the Stocks for committing anti-social behaviour; or everyone ganging up on the adulterer each throwing a stone at her in disgust. I’d like to ask, why are there ways in which we’ve found to ‘lawfully’ counteract the System? How can we be right and the whole System be unlawful? Don’t you think that’s paradoxical, if it’s supposed to be oppressing us? Please contemplate this for a moment, as it’s important you express this within your thoughts.

I see four distinct journeys in Lawful Rebellion. The people who want to maintain the System and just achieve fairer Serfdom; people who seek to discredit; people who have begun to question themselves and everything around them; and those who are already becoming enlightened, thus free from the prison, but directly suffering caused by attachments and judgments.

Humans can manifest so many objects, join them together to create physical spaces for no real reason than to escape. We can blame everything around us, and then destroy all the physical manifestations we believed to be wrong, only to see that later in history we’re building the same thing with a slightly new twist. So you see, to rebuild something that clearly doesn’t work like, The British Constitution, British Common Law or the System itself, is the illusion that the problems we face are merely physical, which to me is wrong and will result in the square root of buggerall. Why? Simply because it’s the rational thing for people to do. Our collective consciousness has allowed a Kingdom of rules and regulations for the governing of our minds with a hierarchy to match. We cannot blame anyone but ourselves for all of this torture. Have any of you noticed how the System is continually modulating to the new frequencies of our enlightenment? The rise of CCTV, police domination and civil liberties giving people the power to condemn somebody to judgment in a Court because of an emotion or action ‘out of control’? These are all manifestations from the rational consciousness fearing instability will occur if any of us rock the boat. Thus resulting in good men and women fighting for what they believe is the right thing to do, by issuing Justice to those who just want to experience something irrational like rocking the boat. There is no way of telling what anything would be like until we all experience it for ourselves – not through books, media or whispers, just through our hearts.

Fear is the mind’s greatest weapon and it’s this very thing, which is at the core of the System’s construct. The System is nothing more than you and me. I cannot see how any kind of paper bureaucracy produced by Lawful Rebellion or individuals can be anything but conflict with ourselves. If fear is based on rationality, then surely to break the System, we all need to become irrational? Using this philosophy, it’s obvious that the System knows our every rational move, because it’s already anticipated it, or at extremes will use other rules to move the goal posts in order to maintain control. Does this sound like how your mind sometimes deals with difficult issues? I know mine does at times. This is where the element of surprise comes from and the System’s antidote is people fearing to express even the slightest ‘extreme’ viewpoint in case they’re reported.

Democracy, the Free Market (Capitalism) and freedom of expression for all Serfs is the perfect model to sustain control, because it shifts with our collective rational mind. We’ve allowed our entities to be segmented into various disorders, organisations, clubs, unions, groups, countries and races for the ease of flow of information and some crude form of identity, which has created divides like nothing seen in previous history. And we’ve allowed the Rule of Law, to develop a colossal body and voice in which for it to nurture its growth, the only reminders being Justice, sacrifice and the paper trail. Law has merely given the mind the ability to shift Liability, thus offloading any burden ‘rightfully’ onto somebody else.

Once we have all mastered as individuals the ability to be altruistic, which is quintessentially irrational to the System of the mind, Mother Nature will in time reclaim all control, hierarchy, economies, cities and ‘societies’. Only then will we be able to transfer our new light into physical manifestations stepping closer to enlightenment. I don’t think any of us will need anything more than to be with others; and have enough to live to accomplish this goal, anything else will be a distraction, thus outwardly-faced and within the confines of the System and mind.

From the title I bet most of you are expecting some kind of humdrum Daily Mail interpretation of how we’re getting buggered more than you previously thought, like the recent offering by Heather Brooke called, The Silent State. Well, I thought it would be nice to offer a brief antidote from serious rebellious activity, by presenting a review and podcast with the author, Ian Vince, of a brilliant book and PDF, called Britain: What a State.

I first came across The Department of Social Scrutiny on Facebook last year ending up in fits of laughter reading through some of the pastiches of Authorities forms, such as the P45, HMRC’s Application for Mercy and the National ID Card forms. I still chuckle at the P45 form, it perfectly resonates the insensitivity of management and how real people invariably end up in a horrible work place. For instance on the P45, there is a treated area to ‘Place Employee teardrop onto treated strip’ and a tickbox area for why the employee left including the option, ‘Tested positive for human Soul.’

The 2010 PDF edition of the book is just massive and the more I read it, the more I find myself finding things that previously only rattled my subconscious, coming to bear the 3rd time over. I love the way Ian takes the noodle out of what Britishness really is:

“I’m proud of everything British. To me, Britain is the smell of a two-stroke petrol mower, the orderly stripe of a lawn and the snout of a mole twitching nervously from its burrow, catching the last precious drops of dew on a late Spring morning before it is dispatched with one blow of a spade manufactured in Sheffield.”

It reminds me of people who don’t really know anything about Britain and think we’re all members of Alice in Wonderland, riding on Pennyfarthings, drinking tea in the afternoon and all behaving like that twat actor out of that oh so British film… that’s it, Hugh Grant.

Something that stands out from the new PDF edition is that it’s stood the test of time because Ian quite cleverly saw where everything was going and satirised a lot of where the Government were about to crack down on:

• The Magna Carta 2006, which he saw as the taking away of people’s right to a fair trial
• An assessment gag about what kind of Serf you are definitely resonates with the Police advertising campaigns trying to get us to look inside each others bins and report our neighbours
• Vaccines and the RFID chip conspiracy theory
• A Timetable for Change which is something we heard alot from the people behind Obama and the Conservatives
• Great Britain PLC and the relentless increase of new ways to rob people blind
• Robbing of the elderly and their pensions
• The economic crash; and much much more!

As Ian said in the podcast,

‘The thing with the Government now is that now it’s all come to pass, there’s nothing left to satirise, it’s all far too real today.’

Unfortunately, the more time passes, the more we see divides and differences of opinion shutting down all around us. Ian’s book is a reminder that Britain is actually an absolutely amazing Island with some of the most ancient history in the world, just down the road. And it is this modern human appetite for the ‘harmonisation’ of culture through Globalisation that’s killing all the eccentric traditions of British Culture.

This book is an absolute marvel and I cannot recommend it enough for a good chuckle to help put things into perspective that we are all still human and we all need to laugh and love to get along… everything’s all too serious now or is it just me?

While you worry about your mortgage and the scowling, unsymmetrical faces of staff at the local Jobcentrehassleplus, your P45 begins the kind of exotic journey only pre-packaged Oriental snacks can dream of. All P45 data is first inputted into an underground computer silo for processing, dispersal and retrieval. After sorting, the original is sent to Rangoon for I-Ching interpretation by accountants at the As Above, So Below Institute of Tax. After three full moons have elapsed, the original form is burnt in a sealed bell jar and the ashes collected for auditing and mass-spectrometry. The jar is broken against the hull of a ship bearing your tax data, which is then sailed into the Bermuda Triangle. The last five steps of the process have only ever been attained by computer modelling. I’m sitting here with the latest election babble in the background and it’s making me sick to my stomach listening to the utter rubbish coming out of the potential ‘leaders’ mouths. It’s drilled into us night and day about the benefits of being a cog in the Corporate machine, yet the negative aspects which are slowly draining our humanity are driven deeper by everyone who accepts status and property on any level. It seems that the signing of the Treaty of Verona in 1213 that sealed this Island’s fate, but there is much evidence that the worship of hierarchy has been going on since Sumerian times. What we call civilisation is nothing more than a plague on the human heart, out to fulfil the prophecy of a certain book, which coincidently uses content from the infamous Sumerian tablets dating back 15,000 years.

I’m concerned about Lawful Rebellion being pigeonholed as being the study of 10s of 1000s of Acts, legislation, PDFs and books to ‘lawfully’ fight the ‘System’. Trust me when I say all the research, learning and experiments can end up taking over your life sometimes for the worse, which will need particular attention. The other thing is that I know people don’t have much spare time. To spend it on something that could make you more stressed through finding out you’re getting buggered over more than you previously thought, can be the tipping point into a darkness that hurtles you into places you never thought you’d end up. I really don’t blame the people who keep a low profile just keeping abreast of the developments of such a young movement, as reality from our perspectives is vivid to say the least. So this is the perfect opportunity for me to begin a process of opening Lawful Rebellion up to other possibilities of imagination and attempt to get more people involved who are looking for progression within the movement in other ways.

All of us who have gone through the Lawful Rebellion revolution know that it’s a viable means to a natural end of the System that’s become a burden for all of us – even if some of you don’t think you’re part of it, you are. I’m not talking about revolution in the System or smoking out all the corruption, I’m talking about no ruler of the many, no monarchy, no elite and NO rights to take the land away from nature. We must live on this earth how we need to in order to keep it’s beauty for all to share.

What Lawful Rebellion is doing is producing a glitch in the System by showing people how they’ve sleepwalked into the invisible shackles of corporate slavery. But unfortunately it’s happening to Lawful Rebellion. We are now seeing politically motivated groups take the sentiment of Lawful Rebellion and repackaging it as a new frequency of the political spectrum, which is dangerous if people start accepting it. This is something none of us want, as our collective voice will end up on a phoney ballot paper one day, as part of the Free Market economy. But this occurrence is the quintessential element to the Free Market and Democracy – The freedom to create anything you like and turn it into a commodity. Even if don’t have any plans to turn your honest manifestation into a product of the Free Market, somebody else will if it’s good enough to steal. None of this will change unless we decide it needs to change.

Thomas from Deep Ecology has been exploring the different ways man has lived past and present and asserts that Tribalism is the natural way man lives even today, making the point that it’s a possible future for us. Luckily, even in the present corporate hierarchy it’s still completely impossible for the instincts of human nature to be erased from our collective consciousness. This is obviously where the money is on utilising media propaganda, corporations, schooling and institutions protected by a corrupt law system attempting to keep relative status quo and a stable hierarchy. I think we all have seen this System evolving at incredible speeds over the last 20 years. This is exactly why every year new ways to extract information from us are invented, the latest ones being Terrorism and Social Networks to gleam what you had for breakfast this morning.

Maybe what’s beyond Lawful Rebellion is the prospect of us all merging from every single group in the world and setting up examples of how we can all co-exist together in a community void of hierarchy and domination. It is a fact that if every anti-EU group just in the East Anglia region got together during the EU elections, there would have been a majority of like-minded people. It is a fact that if we all at the same time said ‘NO’ to any form of authority in Britain, there wouldn’t be any chance of the hierarchy maintaining their form of order without using force. You name, we can do it! But the problem is that most people, even if you’re broke, you’re broke because you’re attempting to maintain your lifestyle and comfort within this System. For this realistic exchange, the British are paying for it through being told what to do, how and when. But who likes being told what to do? It goes against human nature. We need to be free in manifesting our thoughts into experiences and sharing them with one another without judgement or fear of reprisal or there will always be unhappiness.

Who knows how everything will begin again, but that’s what this podcast is all about, finding new ideas and connections!

Deep Ecology

You know the feeling when you think you’ve pieced together another part of the truth, then along comes something new that opens up another chapter, just as you think you’ve closed the last one? When does it end? Should it end? What is fulfilment? What is the real truth? Is there any truth? Who is telling the truth? For me researching the history of the British Isles is never-ending, as it’s been so well hidden! John Harris and I talk about British History and try to cover some ground on the truth.

Douglas Adams explains in the book, Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, how eons ago a hyper-intelligent pan-dimensional race of people built the most intelligent computer to answer,

‘What is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything’.

The computer answered, 42. This race of beings were furious at the answer and asked the computer to show how it came to the conclusion. The computer sulked and said they’d have to wait 10 million years for it to answer that question! So it designed and built Earth to collate the tangible data over the next 10 million years for the race to observe, proving the answer is actually 42. Doesn’t this story reflect how little faith they had in themselves, even though they had perfect technology to answer even the most impossible questions of infinity?

Why is there such a struggle in finding the truth? Maybe the truth is as absurd as the number 42 or we are in fact the question and the answer? I think it’s how we reach the truth where we find the answers to life. Granted there’s a definitive hindrance for some of us who are seeking particular parts of the truth out there through outside forces. But ultimately, it’s only when I looked at the melting pot of history, where the future becomes present, the present becomes the past, and the past becomes history. Suddenly I saw a pattern emerging of something rather sinister that has stifled our destiny to share the one universal truth, love. And there are some powerful forces at work, tricking minds, emotions and bodies, dictating external reality – making sure that everything material around us is the only truth.

At some stage in this cold externalised world, most settle and begin their life-long servitude to the System, avoiding all eye contact with the Establishment. Luckily for me, my parents always encouraged me to question everything or I may not be writing this memoir now. The moment I started School, I was labelled a rebel because the System and Establishment presented so many questions – it just didn’t feel right being told what to think, how to think, what is right and wrong and who is in control of the World around me and beyond. And how I’ve made sense of schools is subjective, but I know my truth will resonate with many of you reading this…

If you look at written history, school rose from the smog of the Industrial Revolution in 1870 with the Education Act. It’s said that National education was put into place to try and combat child slavery in the factories of Britain; and to reduce the amount of infections and disease causing death within the industrialised cities. Nothing has really changed today, except we are on the opposite polarity: A corporate regime called the National Curriculum starting on the programming of kids to be good ‘citizens’ from 3 years old! The following extract is from the Department for Children, Schools and Families dictating what 3-5 years will be taught:

• Explore, develop and represent learning experiences that help them make sense of the world
• Practice and build up ideas, concepts and skills
• Learn how to control impulses and understand the need for rules
• Be alone, be alongside others, or cooperate as they talk or rehearse their feelings
• Take risks and make mistakes
• Think creatively and imaginatively
• Communicate with others as they investigate or solve problems
• Express fears or relive anxious experiences in controlled and safe situations

Just with the information I’ve presented, it’s clear schools were invented for the ‘citizens’ (economic slaves) who couldn’t look after their kids because they were busy trying to earn enough to live. So what’s changed today? NOTHING. Parents then as they do now continue to let the Establishment take over their lives through the invention of time and money and renaming them as Legal Guardians through the Birth Certificate. It’s so clear how the corporate mindset becomes indoctrinated into kids now more than ever, yet it’s left undone by the majority of people.

Why do nursery-aged kids need to control impulses; understand the need for rules; rehearse their feelings; understand risk taking and relive anxious experiences? Simply because the very thing in which enslaved their great great grandparents in the 1800s, still exists today, just in a more subtle scientific form called ‘Psychology’ – the enslavement of the mind, spellbound to the Establishment’s rule of law.

So now I know the truth about schooling, I can look back and chuckle thinking of the time when I walked out of class telling Mrs Easton to ‘fuck off’ when she spouted,

‘If you don’t get good grades, you won’t get anywhere in life’.

I say, life IS what you make it and you cannot live out other people’s truth!

For me, the subjects surrounding Lawful Rebellion have opened up the World even further by illustrating more of what is real and illusionary. Freedom of expression and knowing that the Establishment is built on us is all the empowerment any of us need to stop the bombardment of bollox and finding the truth.

Just on the off chance, has the answer to the ultimate question that’s been pondered since the beginning of mankind been answered yet from my scribbling? Thought not, but here’s an idea for you…

Just imagine for a moment, the very ‘thing’ that’s been the most prevalent in the last 5,000 years is the answer to fulfilment through its power to unite peoples’ hearts. In knowing this truth, the corrupt few created an elaborate decoy in order to feed off endless energy, channelling it through hierarchal control of the mind and dominance of the body to the point of rupture, nearly causing Armageddon. I’ve not read the entire Bible, but isn’t this little insight the most popular story of mankind, some even calling it prophecy? Maybe it’s because mankind has been playing the leading role of the plan to destroy the very thing needed to survive… faith in mankind?

This podcast represents a big up-yours to the Establishment and the Church through John’s, mine and other people’s own research into how mankind has been destroying itself through this incredible decoy of knowledge and power throughout British history. John and I talk about some of the things that the Establishment and Church consider to be heresy, anarchy, rebellion, corruption, conspiracy, militia, secret, revolutionary and above all anti-social. We need more of this, as we know it really makes them anxious!

After you decide not to pay Council, tax you will receive a ‘Summons’ to the local magistrates Court.

This appears to be a Summons issued by the Court. It bears a royal seal and is “signed” by the Clerk to the Justices for the petty sessional area of  xxxx. It states:

“Complaint has this day been made before the undersigned by the London Borough of xxxx. You being a person liable to pay the Council tax and from whom payment of that tax has been duly demanded have not paid the sum as due below.”

“You are therefore Summonsed to appear before the magistrates at xxxx on xxxx at xxxx

“If you do not appear, you may be proceeded against as if you had appeared and dealt with according to the law”.

The first paragraph states that,

“complaint has been made before the undersigned.”

This looked immediately suspicious as the “signature” for Clerk to the Justices seemed to be  deliberately deceptive as it was indecipherable,  and photocopied onto the document (Part of the signature on this particular Summons was cut off) The other big  problem being there was no name printed under the ‘signature.’

Having phoned both the Court and the Council and neither being able to tell me who signed the Summons I put in a freedom of information request to the Councils head of Governance and Law as to who was the acting Clerk to the Justices in the borough. The reply I got indicated that this person definitely did not sign the document. The Council were then instructed that the document was defective as it was not signed by a person known to the Court or the Council.

In the first Notice served on the Councils Head of Revenues and Benefits  it was suggested that the Summons was defective. The Head of Revenues and Benefits replied:

“Summonses must be authorised by a Justice of The Peace or Clerk to the Justices and who’s signature appears on the Summons must have personally considered the complaint. As you now know this makes the Summons lawful and not defective as stated in your letter paragraph 5b.”

This is typical of the response from Councils, there is an over confident reply which is completely at odds with the facts. They also refer to Notices as ‘letters.’ There seems to be a cosy arrogance in all the correspondence, and if you nail them on anything they say its their ball and they are not playing! They are compartmentalised within their departments and seem to have no idea or no interest in what is really going on, those higher up the corporate ladder however must know.

Maybe some of my info did sink in as I Noticed that the job of Head of benefits and Revenues was recently being advertised in a local employment agency window!

Yes WE Summons you to Court

The next revelation was even better! It became clear that the Summons document was the same typeface and border as other Council documents. Yes, the Council issue their own Summonses! Now this has been confirmed as fact by Council staff. This is fraud and perjury under the 1911 Perjury Act and a crime under the Administration of Justice Act. Anyone except a Court issuing a document, that appears to be from a Court, is breaking the law.

This was pointed out in the next Notice to the Head of Benefits and Revenues but the reply came from someone else in the department. This seems to be the strategy when difficult questions arise – nobody takes responsibility. The reply stated,

“No further correspondence on the issues you have raised will be entered into.”

As far as the suggestion goes that the Council was guilty of fraud and perjury, their response was that they would defend themselves in Court and I would be liable for their costs if they won the case. This makes sense, as in the Borough I live the Court and town hall are on the same Council owned land. If your part of the corporation, everybody Wins!

It now appears that Councils all over the Country issue their own Summonses, they then hire a room in the Court for a ‘bulk hearing.’ The room is not part of the Court, as the Court are not involved (apart from financially). This has also been confirmed by people who work in the Court. As there is no due process being followed here, it would appear the whole procedure is a sham.

Issuing a Summons

If there is a case to be heard in the Court it has to be sent to the Court clerk (or  Court manager at County Court)  to consider, they then issue a Summons which is sent directly from the Court. As the Council issue the Summons it is not a Court matter, they just make it appear so by inviting (Summonsing) the person to the Court. As this is just a procedural matter for summary judgement (person already liable) and not of course a “hearing” it makes sense for them to do it themselves!

No Liability Order

The Council then state in the follow up documentation, ‘Notice of impending enforcement action’ or ‘Liability Order notification’ – this means a Liability Order was issued against the person, but it’s of course not possible as there was no Court. No Liability Order has been received from the Court by anybody I have met who has stopped paying Council tax. The reason for this is of course because there was no Court. Two corporations are involved, the Council who hire the room in the Court; and Court officials/staff in the Court who are paid by the Council. In many boroughs the Town Hall, Council buildings and Court are on the same land, owned by the Council.

This ‘Notice of impending enforcement action’ or ‘Liability Order notification’ is not a Liability Order. It also makes threats including making you bankrupt in the high Court with all assets frozen; being sent to prison; a charging Order put on your property; and then at the end of this diatribe, appointment of bailiffs. These documents are pretty generic in the different boroughs and presumably represent new powers given to local authorities – they are deliberately intimidating, but enforcing all this is of course a completely different matter.

A Liability Order has to be signed by the Judge or Magistrate and also sealed by Court. It is then sent to the person liable and also the Claimant. If the amount on the Order is not paid within the specified time then the Court can appoint bailiffs on behalf of the Claimant.

Debt collectors not Bailiffs

The Council although unable to produce a real Liability Order, then states that bailiffs have been appointed on behalf of the Council to recover the debt. This is of course impossible as there was no Court, so no bailiffs can be appointed, as they must have an Order from the Court that appointed them.

Bailiffs also have to be reregistered every two years; have an ID number; and give their full name, which can be verified by doing an Internet search. Debt collectors call themselves bailiffs and rely on peoples’ ignorance. Your birth certificate made you a ‘person’ who is ‘liable’ so ‘let he who will be deceived be deceived.’

The corporate nature of the Councils and Courts just means they pretend that bailiffs have been instructed, this is of course not possible so they appoint a debt collection agency who then send out ‘bailiff’ letters. These letters are very threatening in capital letters with a box stating ‘Removal of your goods’ or ‘Bailiff Removal.’

Bailiffs do have certain powers to collect debts, but debt collectors do not! (The powers given to bailiffs can be easily found on the Internet). Debt collectors do claim they are bailiffs and also send out documentation that is unlawful and completely unethical.

The problem with all these ‘bailiff’ letters that I have seen is that none of them bear the Bailiffs full name, certification number and Court Order reference, which of course they must have if they are issued by a bailiff.

This means of course that the debt collection agency is a third party interloper who has purchased or contracted with the Council for the Council tax debt offences. This means that the debt no longer has anything to do with the Council and the debt collector has no real power of enforcement action as a Court was not involved.

Ask your Council for a true copy of a Liability Order and see what happens, things could go VERY quiet.

Return to sender

If you want to have some fun look up the debt collection company on the companies house register and redirect all mail back to the Managing Director (after having served Notice on him or her with fee schedule attached) at their registered address and update your fee schedule on each new envelope that you return.

If you want to read what these computer printout ‘Notices’ say hold them up to a powerful light and you will see it all through the envelope. One thing is for sure, it won’t be signed by a bailiff with the relevant info. Another good idea is to let them know that your fees for handling their deceptive ‘bailiff’ letters will be collected by a debt collection agency! This has to be the next logical step, getting debt collectors onto the debt collectors and Councils.

The Councils only form of redress after this is to go to Court and put a Charging Order on your property if you ‘own’ it or try some other route like trying to get you into Court. If you ignore all this there seems to be little they can do, as they run out of ideas when the robotic paper trail stops. If you are on Benefits or in Council property refusing to pay Council tax, it may not be a good idea, as they can evict you or have Benefits stopped at source.

And finally for your delectation and delight… The unlawful Debtors Notice… Flatulence in contract is an offence.

Along with the document ‘Notice of impending enforcement action’ or ‘Liability Order notification’ the Council also include a ‘Notice’ to debtors, which makes threats and menaces. It also makes unlawful ‘demands’ for information on the reverse. There is also a quote from a local Councilor! The document states:

“It is an offence not to complete and return the enclosed financial information form”. xxxx xxxx Council are now taking legal action against customers who do not return their form fully completed. This legal action will result in a criminal conviction and fine of up to £1000.”

This is of course completely untrue. Other Boroughs just ‘request’ this information, my Council demand it as if it is the law. This ‘demand’ is of course never followed up. Information demanded includes National Ins number; name of employer; address of employer; date of birth; and all details of benefit claims etc. Then there’s part C that states you MUST fill it in. This demands name; email address; telephone number; and then of course you MUST sign it!

These threats are carried on at the bottom of the form saying,

“You will be committing a criminal offence if you do not give the above information and you can be fined up to £1000 pounds, as well as getting a criminal record. The same will happen if you give information that is not true.”

They also state that they would take legal action against anyone who did not fill the form in and that cases had been held in magistrates Court and the debtors receiving fines of £100 plus £85 costs. This is a bare faced lie!

Of course if you were unfortunate or gullible enough to fill in this badly worded junk mail they really have got you. If you filled it in and gave false information that would indeed be an offence. Fraudulence in contract IS an offence, but IGNORING an unlawful piece of paper is not!

One of the other many problems with the form is that the Council is known ONLY as LBWF and it was confirmed in writing that xxxx xxxx Council did not exist! Their corporate office stated this in a freedom of information request. I also included this in my Notice that demanding payment for an organisation which did not exist appeared to be fraudulent. This fact was of course ignored.

Having found out the name of the Council solicitor who put this rubbish together, I stated this would be investigated. Having served Notice on the Head of Governance and Law, (the top lawyer in the Borough), I can say from experience these people do not know how to do their jobs or even know the law, and they just seem to break it when it suits them.

In short there is a lot of noise and threats made which are just hot air in order to scare the public into paying off the banks and the national debt!

For anyone who saw the film “Councils, Courts and Conmen” on YouTube the Order at the end of the film was not a Liability Order, just the amount of liable persons who were ‘Summoned’ to the Court. There was no name on the Order, it was simpler just to make the point that the ‘liability’ was established before the hearing, and of course they had to book Court number 1 because 14 witnesses turned up! This appears to be just part of the huge corporate scam that Councils are involved in. There is much more we have uncovered and will post in due course.

Well that’s the end of the paper trail for now. However, when there is a registered PERSON at your address, you know there is bound to be more!

It would seem so.

For the last twenty years or so, things have changed. I mean radically changed. I was fine with the changes because I am a dynamic human being and I know that change usually means progress, and who doesn’t want that? My work involves cutting-edge technology and I know the benefits it brings to billions of fellow planeteers. No dinosaur me. I love gadgets. I love innovation. I love new inventions. I love labour saving devices. It frees up my time to do something else. Unfortunately, five years ago I was rudely awoken from my blissful ignorance. Readers of my blog will know that it was the smoking ban here in Scotland that jolted me awake. I knew instantly and intuitively that this was a quantum shift. This was huge. The Scottish Executive decided, on a whim, (it really was, do the research), to kick smokers out of pubs and clubs. I thought that if they could get the legislation through, and change a way of life for 1.2 million people overnight, then more bad stuff was right behind it. Non-smokers were smiling from ear to ear, little knowing that they were being punished as well. “Finally!”, they said, “Smoke free pubs & clubs! How fantastic!”. Except that it wasn’t. And if you don’t believe me, just ask any one of the 2756 landlords & landladies that lost their pubs in 2009. Or ask any one of the 45,000 ex-pub workers who have now joined the dole queue. They might have a different slant on things. Statistically, 75% of those laid off were non-smokers. I wonder if they prefer unemployment to a little harmless smoke?

Worse was to come. We discovered that politicians suffer deafness 1 nanosecond after winning your vote. It is axiomatic. Power received = instant deafness. Over 4 million of us signed a petition to 10 Downing Street in which we begged them not to close our post offices. We were ignored, and the slaughter began. I now have an 18 mile round trip to my nearest post office. For some it is much, much worse. We watched, as our government piled stupidity on top of ineptitude and smothered the whole mess with greed. They just love our money. They can’t get enough of it. When they get caught with their sticky fingers in the till what do we hear? “I was just following the rules”. Nice. One story that blew my mind concerned a young mum who applied to the Social Fund for a single bed for her daughter. After jumping through more hoops than a circus dog she was told that she qualified for a bed, but that she would have to provide the mattress herself. Her wee girl slept on coats piled on the bare springs. Meanwhile, thousands of £££’s were happily shovelled towards an MP whose moat needed dredging.

The killer blow, however, arrived in early October when the Irish vote on the Lisbon Treaty was delivered. I got that same sinking feeling that I experienced back in December 2005 when Jack McConnell (then First Minister) returned from his 2 hour visit to a Dublin pub and announced his ridiculous smoking ban for Scotland. I was awash with desperation because I knew, somehow, that the promises made by the Labour, Conservative and LibDem parties would all disappear like a snowflake in a camp-fire. It was all over. We had lost a nation. A nation that has taken us, and our forebears, more than nine thousand years to build. We gave it away to an unelected commission that refuses, point blank, to provide financial reports on their nefarious machinations. They have consistently refused to tell us how our money is wasted for 14 years straight. Corruption in the EU is endemic. At last our (now useless) MPs get to gorge themselves at a different, overflowing trough. Everyone’s a winner. Except us. The proles, the voters, the electorate, the controlled, the tagged, the vaccinated and the monumentally stupid. We were robbed, in broad daylight and the shameful thing is this: we did nothing. To do nothing is dishonourable. The theft we witnessed was embarrassing. We watched them take our rights away. We gave up habeas corpus, we gave up the right to a jury trial, we gave up innocent until proven guilty and, alarmingly, we allowed the death penalty to be accepted as a footnote in the Treaty.

I could go on and on.

I could tell you that the £ is destined for the dustbin. I could tell you that European Cops (brutal thugs, more like) armed to the teeth, will appear on our streets. Our coppers will end up on their streets, somewhere in Europeville, because psychiatrists have discovered that cops don’t really like shooting their own, but they are not averse to shooting other nationalities. I could tell you that our monarch signed her own redundancy notice when she (traitorously) signed off on the legislation. I could tell you that the 646 numpties in parliament signed their own redundancy notices as well. I could tell you that your nation is now split into nine regions, each of which will be governed by a Common Purpose graduate. I could tell you all sorts, but the proof of the pudding, is always in the eating. We have to see the 7^th level of Dante’s delightful little palace before we will erupt and react. This will take time. We are about to suffer the death of a thousand cuts. It will be painful, but bearable, until it isn’t. That, my friends, will become Freedom Day. I long for it to arrive.

Until that day, what can we do?

We can have some fun, that’s what. We can all open our eyes, at least a crack, and realise that we are human beings. We were always human beings but we have been brainwashed for decades to forget who and what we are. We can make life uncomfortable for the powers that strive to be. We can be awkward. We can say no. We can return their silly tax demands. We can return their silly parking tickets, and we can refuse to pay their inane council tax. We can walk away from as many, or as few, statutes as we like. They are legion, and they are meaningless and they are unwanted and unneeded. We can take control, as Freemen and Freewomen, (if you need a label, I only just found out that I don’t), and we can become human again. We can live our lives unfettered, unhindered, the way it was meant to be lived. We were meant to enjoy life, dammit! We weren’t meant to be enslaved from the day were born until the day we died. We are not here as their playthings. We are not their slaves, or mere useless cash generators for the greedy and the inept. There is so much to see and do that two lifetimes aren’t enough to fit it all in. There are people to meet, to laugh with, to drink with, and to love with. There are cultures without number that we need to experience to say that yes! We have lived, and while we did we had fun, and we learned something. To go to your grave knowing only that you worked all your life, and struggled at times to provide for your family or yourself because you were being robbed every month by successive governments who had no idea how to spend (or save) wisely, is surely a wasted life.

My intention was never to be a rebel and yet I find myself driven to it by the unhealthy, unwholesome, unlawful and quite frankly seedy conditions that now exist in what was once a great nation. We are spied on endlessly, they want to know our every mouse-click, they want to store and read all our emails, and they want transcripts of all our calls, and they feel the need to capture us on CCTV cameras hundreds of times a day. “It’s for your own good” they say, “It’s to stop crime!” Except that it doesn’t. Only one criminal is caught per thousand cameras. This figure comes from the Home Office website. Even they cannot justify the existence and operation of 4.2 million cameras in the UK. The UK suddenly became Cuba, China and Russia all rolled into one. The only difference is that the Cubans, the Chinese and the Russians had no desire to know what our politicians and our other apparatchiks demand to know. They use excuses all the time: The War On Terror, The War On Drugs, The War On Drink, The War On Smokers, and lately, The War On Fatties. It is endless. It is mindless. It is needless. It is useless.

So when I eventually said “Enough!”, I genuinely meant it. I had to step away from the madness, the control, the falsely permeated fear and the outrageous greed of government, politicians, NGO’s and the 7 or 8 hundred thousand fake charities that suckle at the withering teat.

Initially, I was lost. Who to believe? Where to go for real, unbiased and balanced news? Who to trust? Was it the law? My MP? The judiciary? The police? No, no, no and no. The deception is total. The charade has been played out over hundreds of years and the more you dig, the more corpses you find. The cadavers I found buried in shallow graves were Lady Justice, once a great lady now treated with disdain and disgust, Sir Robert Peel, screaming for an eternity at the bastardisation of his policing model, and a good few politicians that would never have stood by and watched Britain first turn into a police state, then give itself away to the most corrupt mandarins on the face of the earth.

For good or ill, lawful rebellion was the only tool I had left. I have other options of course. I could STFU, as the modern kids would say. I could carry on regardless and leave the mess for my children or their children to clean up. I could sit and watch the propaganda unit in the corner of my living room and pretend that my living room was my world, and that what happened beyond was none of my affair.

Knowing that something is badly out of kilter won’t allow me that luxury. Having a conscience that constantly tells me to do something doesn’t help. Knowing the difference between right and wrong, and finding the motivation to play my part comes easy to me. Fortunately, there is lots of help at hand. This very site offers salvation for those prepared to learn, comprehend, and act. Other sites, although infected with naysayers, and the terminally terrified, (or government plants, perhaps?), also offer real nuggets of information that you can and should use. Distance yourself from the mayhem and lots of pennies drop. Create some peace and quiet for you and yours, and be determined to hang on to money you earned, money that you created. This lot in government will not only keep taking it away from you, but they will demand more, and more, and more. They will bleed you dry.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to choke off their money supply. Just say no. It really is very easy. Once you have done so, the serenity that settles around you is out of this world. The relief is enormous, and the benefits are tangible.

The first move is up to you. It always was.

Make the change. Be the change. There are no heroes waiting around the corner on white steeds. The hero you need looks back at you from the mirror.

There is hope. There is always hope.

The hope only burns as long as you fan the flames.

Well, this negative entity is a bloated, greedy and manipulative idiot who we all keep stuffing our sweat equity into… Some call it the Government, the Corporation, the UK, the Constitution, the System or the State, but really, it’s nothing more than you and I. Hardly any of us can claim to be free from this beast, as in some way or another, we’re feeding the construct of this perpetual System every single day. Even now, you’re reading this from the Internet, which is in our Top 3 for causing the biggest carnage to our souls and communities.

Everything has seemingly become easy for many of us today. The media and commerce go on about how our world has shrunk and we live in a global community, well have you ever thought that they could mean this quite literally? The box and the chair is where we spend most of our daily lives. Whether it’s travelling to work sitting in a chair within a box on wheels; getting to work and sitting in a chair within a giant box to either make boxes or communicate with a box; eating food from a box that was put into a box which heats up food mashed into shape by a box; or sitting on a chair in a Wimpey Homes box, watching or interacting with a box that pumps out perceived light to our tiny mind boxes catching the latest spells from the broad-casting of wands made from Holly Wood. And cripes, if you’re unaware what’s happening, lucky for you, as we’re paying for all this with our deepest needs, truth, happiness and freedom.

This increasingly self-inflicted bombardment of laziness and apathy in alot of us now is, dare I say it, a pandemic. Whereby we’re consciously letting actors like Gordon Brown, Rupert Muroch, Beyonce and even your own boss take over the roles that many of us actually need to play within our families and communities. The resulting PAYment and judgement of us staying inside this fractal collection of boxes in just the month of April is:

• The annual Government Budget (our sweat equity mono-judgement) for the false economy revealing increases in existing taxes and the presentation of new ones, which only ever penalises the masses
• Hard-working people thinking they have to file their tax returns, which cripple and destroy more families every year
• The PAYing of the corrupt Council Tax bill coming through the door
• The paper mountain of quarterly bills smash through the letterbox, most of which are massively profit-based… remember we own everything they use to make us PAY, yet they threaten us through making it clear they will make you PAY, if you don’t cooperate
• TV license reminders and the array of DVLA nonsense
• Loan, bank and mortgage Notices flying through the door

So who is the real fool in all this bollox? Are we all going to continue to externalise all of these problems and create more apathy, hoping it will all end at retirement age; or are each one of us going to start dealing with it now?

TPUC and lawfulrebellion.org have come up with the idea of sending a special April Fool’s, No Contract Return To Sender (NCRTS) joke to any authority or business who we’ve had enough of and we’d love you all to join in somehow.

Whatever the letter or Notice is that you’ve had enough of, even if you’re dipping your toes in and it’s just this once, make sure it’s posted between the 29^th of March and the 29^th of April:

1. Send the letter back with the printed label that’s provided below.
2. Write the message down onto the envelope.
3. Make up your own April Fool’s message with TPUC and lawfulrebellion.org written somewhere, so they know which community it’s from.
4. Make up your own ideas and get others to take part using our idea of April’s Fool.

Please email us with photos of your envelopes and towards the end of April, we will post the most amusing ones up on TPUC and lawfulrebellion.org for a laugh.

‘Who is the Real April Fool?’ will run throughout April 2010 showing solidarity in that we want to end this System of centralised hierarchy based on Law and the Church, which takes away our sweat equity and freedom through threatening behaviour for things that only deepens the problems we face. But please don’t stop there, add your own ideas into the mix, just try to make it about the April’s Real Fool.

This is the first of many collective opportunities from TPUC and lawfulrebellion.org to send a message saying, we know their game and we’re not standing for it forever! Even if you can only manage one letter and you end up settling your accounts, don’t think you’re not contributing to the message. We know the fear that is produced because we all feel it at times too. Just remember, this is a flicker of light from you and with everyone joining in, one day soon we will end up burning our way through the boxes we’re prisoners’ within!
