I have an ex who to cut a long story short is claiming benefits and CSA from me yet my daughter left school 4 months previous and moved out of her mothers address at approx the same time . i contacted the benefits agency and the CSA and asked them to investigate .The Csa called my ex and asked her if my daughter had moved out she lied and said no , and that was the end of the investigation.The Csa then put an attatchment of earnings on my wages.
I then went to the hous ewhere my daughter is staying and i got a signed statement to say my daughter had lived at this address at least since April , i forwarded this to the benefits agency and the CSA, so the CSA called my daughters mother to ask if the letter was true so she denied it , CSa investigation over again!!!
I now have my MP involved and he is getting nowhere , i have tried to get the police involved as this is fraud against me but they will do nothing . Now my ex knows i wont let this lie she has ended the claim about a week ago and finally said my daughter has left home a week or so ago to avoid being caught yet the csa still cant see she has lied . I am sick of it all the csa obviously support fraud and our MPs have no power over them at all. Does anyone have any ideas what steps i can take against any of them ?

I have emailed Dead Beat Dads. Their website is very informative. I am in a desperate situation with the CSA and ned their help. I sent a donation as requested but have had it returned along with no reply to my emails. I am desperate for help and hoped they could.

I am in desperate need of help as the CSA are very close to killing me and I mean literally as I have recently had 3 heart attacks over the CSA and all the incredible stress they are putting me through. My housing association is throwing me out and making me homeless as I can’t pay the £1500 in arrears. I am only allowed £845.00 a month to live on out of £1400 take home. I have been to the MP and he said sorry cant help so that was useless. I have had my GP write to them asking to stop or I will die with this heart problem now caused by the stress.
I have been called by the CSA and threatened that if I talk to the MP again I have not seen anything yet and they will take more money out of my £845.00 and I was told we dont care about you loosing your home as these threats even though I showed them proof mean nothing to them.
She laughed and said get a tent………
Im so stressed and I have open heeart surgery on the 13th of April and I am told my blood pressure is too high and I will die if i don’t calm down. I told the CSA you are killing me is this what you want and she said well we cant chase you in hell can we ha ha ha. I broke down at this point and begged her to listen to me and she said ohh grow up you prick and hung the phone up.
I hav sent Dr’s letters Mp letters my begging letters and they do not do a thing to help just taunt me.
Im doomed to die with another heart attack but if anyone knows what i can do please email me direct to davidkiwi@gmail.com as I am so so desperate for help and will try anything.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I AM LOOSING MY HOME AND MY ELECTRIC IS ABOUT TO BE CUT OFF IN TWO WEEKS. This company will kill me im sure of it.
I told them as I am on sick leave I may not be able to go back to work and I was told that will be the worst day of your life and loosing your home will be nothing to what we do to you if u leave or can’t work so I dont know where to turn now. I NEED URGENT HELP BEFORE I LOOSE MY LIFE.
DOES ANYONE CARE AT ALL FOR FATHERS. WHY AM I TREATED LIKE THIS WHY.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME IF U CAN I AM DESPERATE AND BEGGING FOR SOME HELP.

My best friend lost his partner in childbirth. He now looks after his wonderful little boy and is a great father. However…his obviously distraught step mother is fighting for custody of the child and it actually looks like she has a chance of taking this baby away from his natural and extremely loving and worthy father. How is this possible….any response to this or advise?

It would seem to be a global issue with government, that through fabricated evidence the gov tag fathers or partners as pedophiles etc…. and from what i am witnessing here in Oz…there is no recourse, they have a blank wall for the victims……
