Dear John, Sorry, I don’t understand, is anyone blissfully happy? Paying everything from a-z just to survive? Who really wants to give their hard earned money away to lying, corrupt, scamming big business? Income tax, gst, land tax, stamp duty, registration, licences, insurances, phone bills, land protection, child support agency, traffic fines, parking fines, speeding fines, late tax fines etc Also all of the other red tape rip offs, for us, our parents & grandparents in the battle to survive.
How about the bankruptcys, homes lost, insane divorce settlements, dads having nowhere to live, the homeless, the drugs, the pokies, the hungry, the kids living on what they find at the tip, the child slaves – just so people can enjoy a chocolate bar etc etc etc.
I guess life hasn’t shown you the flip side yet.

the day they come for your children is the day you’ll really understand why you would want out of the system …and the day they come for your car, and your house, the day they control everything you do, then you’ll definately have your question answered but it’ll be too late to do anything about it.

my only problem is the passport, as after i serve my affidavit/notice of understanding and intent will i never be able to leave the country again without one, unless in my own private conveyance? your advice would be much appreciated!

sorry john – you’re putting words into my online mouth… im not trying to escape anything nor is anyone else. this website isnt about that at all, so if you think it is, then you’re wrong… and i said ‘slowly’, so you dont notice, hence your answer!

how can peoples standard of living be increasing?

1. you have a pay freeze
2. taxes are going up
3. the world everyday has less resources to provide
4. species of animals and plants are dying everyday
5. money is decreasing in value, so you were getting a pay increase because of a shrinking currency
6. more legislation is in place
7. i could go on but no need.

we are all together.

I don’t think everything is being taken away from me. My wage has increased year on year (altho will now be frozen for 2 years courtesy of our new governement – so I suppose you could be right there) and our standard of living is always increasing.
I suppose that even assuming these theorys are correct, Some people are blissfully happy inside the system and at this time I think I’m one of those people. However for those of you who the system has failed, I wish you the best of luck and suceess escaping it.

John – obviously, you’re at a stage whereby you’re cushioned and happy within the System, which is great and your choice. ask yourself, why is everything being slowly taken away from you?

Hello to you all.
Now, I’ve been reading a little into this and I’m affraid I’ve come to a dead end.
What I don’t understand is why I would want to. It sounds to me like a lot of trouble for rather little gain. Let me explain my circemstances.
I am a police man (from what I understand of this i think that will already make me unpopular with you) and my girlfriend is a psychologist.
Between the 2 of us we earn a rarther healthy 65k (ish) of this companys money ( if thats how i’ve understood it) Now I dont park where it says not to and i try not to owe people money. I pay my taxes which contribute to the running of local facilities (and if I’m to understand this concept right, a lot of it is stolen by “Them”)
So my question is, How would this benifit me? as much as “they” steal from me, I’m still very happy, Call it brain washed. But why would I want out? Im not fussed that they own my car, as long as I can drive it. I’m not fussed about them owning my house as long as I can live in it….
But if they do own my children quite frankly they can come and look after the pains occasionally!!!
I hope this gets my point across and hopefully someone can point out how it would benifit me?

It seems strange to me that TPTB and the entire legal profession can “assume” service of documents based on posting them, and this is their generally accepted principle but the use of the same by us mere-mortals is implied as not true. I have found my local post-office to be wonderful in giving me loads of registered mail stickers that I refer to in the document text and then show proof-of delivery in my follow-up letters to the other party. A notarised document with this information is (I would contend) irrevocable proof of service.

Superb information, I like a lot of people have been looking into this new found knowledge for the past year, sooo much to learn and read. Any more info on the brotherhood web site ? law videos part 2 ? or 3 ? the flow chart and method……..?
